Homeleya Property Management ("Homeleya", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of the individuals we serve. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25 / Bill 64) and applicable Canadian federal privacy legislation.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g. financial account numbers, government ID) through our website. Any such information collected during the course of a management engagement is governed by a separate service agreement.

If you become a client, your information is retained for the duration of the service relationship and for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the relationship, as required by applicable law.
